Our heat resistant tags provide proven advantages for galvanizing, enabling accurate product identification and tracking at every step of the process.
In the Heatproof range, our HP-G77 tags are specifically designed for the hot dip galvanizing processes. They ensure consistently reliable identification of objects that are subjected to extreme temperatures during galvanizing.
Superior resistance to heat and extreme chemicals allow the tags to remain readable during the typical stages of cleaning, fluxing, molten zinc dipping at 450°C and subsequent post treatments.

Design, print and application
Heatproof galvanizing tags can be printed then cut on site to include a wide range of text, serial numbers, 1D and 2D barcodes on a thermal transfer machine. This is a relatively low cost printing machine which is used across many different UK and European industries. The printer can be located on site to generate just-in-time tags.
The design software is easy to use and has the flexibility to include all necessary information in very small or large text layout. This allows for both long range scanning of barcodes and easily readable text.
The finished tags can be simply hooked to product parts with wire once a hole has been punched.
Printed and punched tags can be supplied to order if required.
